Return & Exchange Policy

If the received product is confirmed to have a defect or major issue:

  • We will replace it with the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose another product from our store.

Exchange Policy

If the selected replacement product has:

  • A higher price than the original item, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
  • A lower price than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Policy

If the original product is unavailable and the customer does not wish to choose an alternative product, a full refund will be provided after the return request is approved.

Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The customer provides incorrect size, measurement, or order information.
  • The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
  • The product size delivered matches the size selected during purchase.
  • The customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video for damage or defect claims.
  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

For example, if a customer orders a size M based on the measurements they provided and later determines that size L would fit better, this will be considered a customer sizing error and will not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
